Raw Chocolate Omega Bliss Balls Recipe for Energy & Heart Health

Chocolate Omega Bliss Balls

If you love the combination of rich chocolate and nutty flavours, these Chocolate Omega Bliss Balls are for you. They’re small, satisfying bites that are easy to make and wonderfully moreish — I loved them so much I had to share most of the batch with my neighbours to avoid eating them all at once.

These bliss balls use raw cacao for intense chocolate taste, medjool dates for natural sweetness, walnuts for a buttery crunch, and flaxseed for an earthy nuttiness and a boost of omega-3. Together they create a nutritious snack that delivers energy, a little protein, and ingredients that support healthy skin.

If you’re unsure about flaxseed, don’t worry — in this recipe its mild, nutty flavour blends seamlessly with the walnuts and cacao, giving a pleasant depth without any bitterness. The result is a chocolatey, nut-forward bite that’s hard to resist.
