How to Make Strawberry Milkshake Cheesecake?
Begin with the Oreo crust. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a prepared 9-inch springform pan. Chill the crust briefly while you prepare the filling.
For the filling, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and strawberry milk powder until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; add vanilla, then continue whipping to stiff peaks. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream on low speed just until combined. Add strawberry extract and a few drops of pink food coloring if desired, then pour the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate to set.
