I enjoy making treats for Valentine’s Day and have shared many previous recipes in this spirit. This no-bake cheesecake is quick to assemble, visually appealing, and delights guests from the very first bite. It’s a simple recipe that doesn’t require much hands-on time and looks impressive on a dessert table.

How to Make Strawberry Milkshake Cheesecake?

Begin with the Oreo crust. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a prepared 9-inch springform pan. Chill the crust briefly while you prepare the filling.

For the filling, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and strawberry milk powder until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; add vanilla, then continue whipping to stiff peaks. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream on low speed just until combined. Add strawberry extract and a few drops of pink food coloring if desired, then pour the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate to set.

To prepare the chocolate topping, gently heat heavy cream with chopped bittersweet chocolate over low heat, stirring until fully melted and smooth. Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring it over the set cheesecake. Finish with Valentine-themed M&M’s or sprinkles for a festive touch.

Storage and Freezing

This cheesecake keeps well in the refrigerator for 3–4 days when covered. It is also freezer-friendly: wrap the cheesecake in several layers of plastic wrap and freeze. To serve, thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours for easier slicing.

Valentine’s Day is a family celebration in our home, and we often include the kids in gift-giving and baking. It’s a lovely opportunity to teach generosity and enjoy sweet moments together.
