Why Your Why Matters: How Purpose Drives Success and Motivation

Meet Episode 44’s Guest, Everett Rosette

Everett Rosette combines his passions for photography, personal training, and creative cooking—known online as “Paleo Fat Kid”—into a simple goal: help people improve their health and put a smile on their faces. His approach blends practical nutrition, functional movement, and a contagious positive attitude.

His transformation started in 2013 when he walked into a CrossFit gym at 300 pounds. There he discovered the paleo lifestyle and functional fitness. The routine and community quickly resonated with him; the gym became a second home. Within six months of consistently following paleo principles and training in his spare time, Everett lost 52 pounds and experienced a profound improvement in energy and confidence.

Everett now focuses on helping others find similar wins—improving strength, health, and mood through sustainable habits and a supportive environment.
