Cookies and Cream Oreo Bark

- 1 (11 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
- 8-10 Oreo cookies coarsely chopped

Lightly coat an 8x8x2-inch square pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Melt the white chocolate chips using a double boiler or place a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir frequently until smooth and fully melted.

Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer. Scatter the coarsely chopped Oreos over the top, gently pressing them into the chocolate so they adhere. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour, then break into irregular pieces and serve.
